Return Policy

At Wastewater Supply, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you need to return a product, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@wastewtrsupply.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging when you ship the product back to us.

2. Custom materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you received the wrong product, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will cover all shipping costs to get the correct product to you.

3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in sanitary condition, and free of loose particles. The packaging must be secured and all surfaces must be taped to ensure the safety of our warehouse and the carrier.

4. Return the product to us with the RMA number within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the restocking fee, if applicable.

5. Our customer support team will process your return within 2 business days of receipt. Tracking information will be provided on your account or notified via email.

6. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your return, you may escalate it for further review.
